15grams of wild foraged and dried Yarrow

It has been used as an immune stimulant and mild expectorant (get rid of excess phlegm).  Valuable herb for cold/fever and as a soothing diaphoretic.  It could help regulate the function of the liver, as an anti-inflammatory and to eliminate toxins.
